Heemhoeve's Hope of Glory (passport name Dasy) is a Connemara pony with a possible touch of foreign blood (paternal lineage is not exactly known). Hope of Glory was impaled under saddle in the summer of 2023. In that she showed herself as an easy and willing pony and proved to be afraid of nothing. Therefore,in August 2023 she was purchased by us for driving.
In winter 2023/2024 we put her in harness and then drove her on. In August 2024 we drove her for the first time at the combined competition in Exloo (in the impulse class). At this competition she completed all 3 parts (dressage, cones and marathon) very creditably.
In winter 2024-2025 we will drive with her some dressage and cones tests and mini-marathons indoors, after which we would like to use her (now 6 years old) in combined competitions and possibly in the para driving class.
