Welcome to driving team "De Heemhoeve"

Driving team "De Heemhoeve" is located at Torendijk 2 in Ambt Delden, The Netherlands. Initially, the objective was mainly focused on breeding Hackneys, both small and large size, and participating in the showing sport.

In recent years, the breeding of Hackneys at De Heemhoeve has taken place on a more limited scale and still only with Hackney ponies. Besides the showing sport, participating in driving competitions has now become an important issue. The driving team of De Heemhoeve is active in both the regular and para driving sport. In the driving sport they participate with Hackneys, but also with ponies of other breeds and sizes.

Around the location of De Heemhoeve lies a beautiful riding area within the Twickel estate with many unpaved roads. Here we can cover miles to our hearts' content in a virtually traffic-free environment with lots of natural beauty.
At De Heemhoeve itself we have the space to train dressage and skill.
