On 7 and 8 June, Driving Association De Helderse Voerluu organised its annual combined driving competition. Due to limited participation in the combined competition, the opportunity was given also to drive cones tests only. Lynley Benneker took part in this class with the pony Stapleford Shake A Leg.
In the first test, Lynley and Shake A Leg went clear in a super fast time. The jump-off was also clear and in a fast time. With an even slightly faster time in the jump-off (and also clear), Lynley was edged into 2nd place by Ester Tutert.
The second test was also completed in a super fast time and clear. Again, the jump-off was also fast and clear. Although Ester Tutert was again slightly faster in the jump-off, she unfortunately threw off a ball and was now relegated to 2nd place and Lynley took the honours.
