On 29 June, Senne Boom with Stapleford Joint Venture and Gerard Horst with Stapleford Shake A Leg took part in the dressage and cones competition at Hellendoorn. Both combinations competed in 2 dressage and 2 cones tests.
In the dressage tests, Senne and Stapleford Joint Venture scored scores of 190.5 and 203.5 points respectively, giving them 1 and 2 profit points and a 2nd place in the dressage. With Stapleford Shake A leg, Gerard scored 184 and 192 points respectively in the dressage and thus 2x a profit point.
In the first cones test, Senne scored 5.5 penalty points of time excess with Stapleford Joint Venture. The 2nd trial was driven clear and within time (and thus 2 profit points). The jump-off was fast, but unfortunately one ball was thrown off.
Gerard drove Stapleford Shake A Leg in the first round clear but with a time penalty, the 2nd class also with a time penalty and 2 dropped balls.
